National Enterprise Systems was founded in 1987 as a full-service collection agency. Through the years, NES has grown to service a full range of account receivables nationwide including student loans, credit cards, and more. We are looking for bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English) collection representatives to service a wide range of accounts in our high volume call center. If you are dependable, money-motivated, competitive, and possess strong communication and customer service skills, this is the job for you!


  • Hourly base pay plus monthly bonus potential

  • Contact defaulted consumers via telephone and collect the balance owed
  • Adhere to all applicable state and federal laws including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
  • Find creative solutions to secure repayment by suggesting money sources and applicable repayment programs



  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English (read, write and speak)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be firm and professional at all times
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet monthly goals
  • Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
  • General computer familiarity including typing
  • Basic mathematical knowledge and the ability to use a calculator


Full Time Position:


  • Monday - Friday
  • Workweek consists of 3 shifts from 8:00am - 4:30pm and 2 shifts from 10:30am - 7:00pm
  • No weekends
