Overview

NES Color Logo (3)National Enterprise Systems is an award-winning debt collection agency that recently expanded to the Columbus area in Worthington, Ohio. We are looking for customer service representatives to support our operations and enhance our client performance.  These representatives will be communicating with customers over the phone and will need excellent customer service skills to ask a series of questions, listen and respond with creative solutions and overcome simple objections.

****PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY****

 

  • Full time schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm 3 times per week and 9:30am-6:00pm 2 times per week - No weekends
  • Part time schedule: flexible 4 hour shifts available between 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Friday - No weekends

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service, communication and listening skills
  • General computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Capability to adhere to schedule requirements
  • Reliable transportation
