National Enterprise Systems is an award-winning 3rd party debt collection agency that has recently expanded to the Columbus area in Worthington, Ohio. We are looking for Call Center Representatives to collect on student loans in an effort to enhance our client performance. The ideal Call Center Representative candidate is dependable, money-motivated, detail-oriented, and has excellent customer service skills. The ability to listen, respond with creative solutions, and overcome objections are important aspects of the position. At National Enterprise Systems your talent and hard work will be rewarded. Call center and customer service experience preferred but not required.

  • Set schedule of 3 days working 8:00am-4:30pm, and 2 days working 10:30am-7:00pm - No weekends
  • Opportunity to work overtime depending upon performance, not mandatory.

  • Contact consumers by phone to resolve the outstanding balance owed
  • Find creative solutions to secure repayment
  • Discuss and negotiate applicable repayment programs while adhering to all state and federal laws including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act
  • Maintain high level of customer service


  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to negotiate and be assertive and professional at all times
  • Call center and customer service experience preferred but not required
  • General computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Capability to adhere to schedule requirements
  • Reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or GED
